This was our first drift dive which was interesting. I had some weight issues as this was my first time in a full wetsuit. Once my tank hit 1500psi, I struggled to stay submerged. After this dive, we added a 2lb weight on a weight belt to the bottom of my tank. It helped so much and really leveled out my trim. We also removed any weight from my trim pockets on my BCD and I carried it all in my ditchable weight pockets at my waist.
My Mom’s favorite fish was sergeant majors. I love them too, they always look so grumpy. We saw quite a few on this dive.Â
