King Lewey’s Island Resort is a great day trip with a short boat ride from Placencia. You can even catch a ride directly from them. They have a restaurant and bar with surprisingly tasty food, lots of water sports opportunities, and a couple of beautiful parrots that will probably come visit you. We loved the snorkeling as well as our time relaxing on the island.
